I never knew this version existed because it was the only Code Geass op I skipped Although now I appreciate it more now and I think the music and visuals are better than I remember. Definitely a drop in quality from the first one though

It just don't fit for code geass but if you put it on other anime like black clover, it would likely be as good as other black clover openings.

i don't think it's super bad, it gets minus points for me since so much of it is just recycled visuals from the previous opening and episodes

I've been in Lelouch's/Zero's side this whole time and dare I say, Im dissapointed more of his past friends and comrades didn't die. It would have been so much better and darker.

I didn't really care for the rest of them. And it's good to left at least some sympathetic faces alive at the end. And that's all I'm gonna say, I really don't wanna spoil anything for anyone that just comes to watch the opening.

I know I'm kinda late to the party but the deaths in the show were dark enough already (Euphie, Rolo, V.V., the jounalist, etc...) Nobody else needed to die for the story to be exciting.
